Fire protection brought up to standards in a ten-floor seniors' residence on a 22,000 sq.ft. surface per floor in Ville Saint-Laurent. Works done over a total of 14 months in cohabitation with users, meaning one floor at a time. The major part of the works was to add sprinklers on the whole surface, to include a new fire alarm panel and a pump with all related components and to do many odd jobs. In collaboration with Stendel+Reich architectes, Pacific reach Properties, Civelec, Enerset and Technélect consultants.
